Impetus.js was inspired by iScroll's deceleration effect, effect applied to scroll movements.
It works practically the same way, but unlike iScroll it can be implemented to other interactions outside scroll events, and also to both movement axis (vertical, horizontal) at the same time.
Impetus.js supports JavaScript AMD, works with mouse and touch gestures, and can be pretty useful for drag&drop centric interfaces.
The developer can manage the interaction's friction rate, along with its movement multiplier value.
If needed, Impetus.js can also limit momentum for one axis.
A demo is included with the download package.
